Return Policy

A customer who makes a purchase for purposes unrelated to their business activity has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days. In this case, it is necessary to inform HYDROTRADE of this decision by emailing info@hydrotrade.pl
. The ordered product must be returned within 14 days from the date of notifying HYDROTRADE of the withdrawal from the contract.

The product must be securely packed, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Depending on the destination, customers may incur additional fees related to the collection of the parcel. These fees may include VAT, local taxes, customs duties, and other charges.

The customer is solely responsible for the above-mentioned fees, even in the event of a return of the shipment. Please note that all duties and stamp fees incurred in connection with the customer’s purchase will not be refunded.
