Sales Conditions

A. General Provisions

  1. The owner of the online store www.cncfilterseeker.com, hereinafter referred to as the Store, is the company:
    HYDROTRADE Polska Arkadiusz Waliczek, 43-200 Pszczyna, ul. Piwowarska 24/5, NIP: 638 116 23 39, REGON: 072319501, entered into the register of the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity kept by the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology in Poland, hereinafter referred to as HYDROTRADE.

  2. The Customer is an entrepreneur who makes a purchase in the Store for purposes related to their business activity, as well as when the activity performed is not of a professional nature for the buyer.

  3. By placing an order in the Store, the Customer accepts the provisions of these regulations.

B. Customer Registration

  1. The Customer is obliged to complete the order form in accordance with the facts.

C. Acceptance and Execution of the Order

  1. The Store offers industrial products.

1.1. Placing an order means completing the order form available on the Store’s website and making the payment. The moment of placing the order is considered the day the payment is credited to the seller’s bank account.

  1. A natural person placing an order must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.

  2. Orders are confirmed electronically (by e-mail). Orders that cannot be confirmed will not be processed, and the Ordering Party will be informed of this by e-mail (if a valid e-mail address is provided).

  3. HYDROTRADE reserves the right to withdraw from the order if the data provided by the Buyer in the form are incomplete. Providing a contact e-mail address and telephone number will make it easier to resolve any objections regarding the order.

  4. The prices of goods offered by the Store are expressed in USD and do not include tax or duty.  The Customer is obliged to pay all customs duties and taxes required in their country.

  5. HYDROTRADE undertakes to confirm the order with the Buyer online within 48 hours of receiving the order. This deadline may be extended if it falls on non-working days (weekends and holidays). Ordering goods means generating an order number and paying the amount in accordance with the offer.

  6. The order processing time ranges from 2 to 4 weeks. The deadline is confirmed at the time of concluding the sales contract, i.e., upon making the payment and posting it to the HYDROTRADE bank account. The seller also provides a link to track the shipment.

  7. Each transaction will be confirmed with an invoice in accordance with the legal provisions in force in Poland.

  8. The purchased product cannot be handed over or returned in person at the HYDROTRADE headquarters.

  9. The condition for placing an order is the acceptance of the commercial terms and conditions offered by HYDROTRADE at the time of placing the order. A transaction is considered valid at the moment the funds are credited to the HYDROTRADE bank account (see point 6 of Chapter “C”).
    Placing an order by bank transfer (see payment options on the website) is valid for 5 business days. Any payment made after this date for all collected proforma invoices will be treated as an advance payment and must be settled according to the current offer if it has already changed. All such cases must be reported to HYDROTRADE. HYDROTRADE provides for the return of the advance payment upon mutual agreement. An order that is not paid within 5 business days will be canceled.

  10. The Customer making a purchase has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days. In such a case, HYDROTRADE must be informed at: info@hydrotrade.pl

  11. In reference to point 11, the goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of informing HYDROTRADE about the withdrawal. The product must be properly packed, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. The Customer returns the goods at their own expense. The Customer is always responsible for local customs duties, taxes, etc.

  12. HYDROTRADE undertakes to deliver the goods free of charge. This is usually done via forwarders such as FedEx or UPS.

  13. A Customer who makes purchases for purposes related to their business activity, but not of a professional nature for the buyer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

D. Payment Methods

  1. Payments in the Store may be made as follows:

A. Bank transfer to the HYDROTRADE account (according to the Store’s prepayment form).
B. Online payment via the system: imoje.pl

The Store enables customers to choose the payment and delivery method according to the information displayed during the ordering process.

E. Warranty and Complaints

  1. Any complaints regarding mechanical damage to the shipment occurring during transport will be considered only after preparing a damage report signed by the recipient and the forwarder. The complaint review period is 14 days.

  2. Upon receipt, the Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment. If damage is found, the Buyer must report this to HYDROTRADE immediately at info@hydrotrade.pl and by phone at +48 32 431 00 42.

  3. To return damaged goods, prior contact with HYDROTRADE is required.

  4. Returned goods cannot bear any traces of use and must be returned intact and in the original packaging. The return must be agreed via e-mail. Goods that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

  5. In case of any complaints, please contact HYDROTRADE by e-mail. When submitting a complaint, please provide full company details and a detailed description of the issue.

  6. The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:
    – products showing traces of use or having damaged original packaging due to the Customer’s fault.

  7. To process a complaint, the product must be sent to the HYDROTRADE address with a description of the defect and a copy of the invoice.

  8. Products are covered by warranty. Every customer has the right to benefit from the warranty (see the warranty tab).

  9. A Customer making purchases for purposes related to their business activity, but not of a professional nature for the buyer, has the right to file a complaint about the products.

F. Final Provisions

  1. In the case of justified complaints or returns that meet the above conditions, we guarantee a refund by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Ordering Party.

  2. HYDROTRADE reserves the right to change product prices. Price changes do not apply to orders already accepted for processing. HYDROTRADE also reserves the right to withdraw individual products from the offer.

  3. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

  4. HYDROTRADE reserves the right to amend these regulations.

  5. All parts offered online as part of filter supplies are equivalent or interchangeable with the manufacturer’s original parts. The names of the original parts are used for comparison purposes only.
