Sales Conditions

A. General provisions.

1. The owner of the online store, hereinafter referred to as the STORE, is the company:
HYDROTRADE Polska Arkadiusz Waliczek, 43-200 Pszczyna, ul. Piwowarska 24/5, NIP: 638 116 23 39, REGON: 072319501, entered into the register of the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity kept by the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology in Poland, hereinafter referred to as HYDROTRADE.

2. CUSTOMER is an entrepreneur who makes a purchase in the store for purposes related to his business as well as when the activity performed is not of a professional nature for the buyer.
3. By placing an order in the store, the Customer accepts the provisions of these regulations.

B. Customer registration.

1. The customer is obliged to complete the order form in accordance with the given facts.

C. Acceptance and execution of the order.

1. The store offers industrial products.

1.1. Placing an order means completing the order form available on the store’s website and making the payment. The moment of placing the order is considered the day the payment is credited to the seller’s bank account.

2. A natural person placing an order must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.

3. Orders are confirmed electronically (e-mail). Orders that cannot be confirmed will not be processed, of which the Ordering Party will be informed by e-mail (if he provides a valid e-mail address).

4. HYDROTRADE reserves the right to withdraw from the order if the data provided by the Buyer in the form are incomplete; Providing a contact e-mail address and telephone number will make it easier to resolve any objections regarding the order.

5. The prices of goods offered by the Store are expressed in USD and do not include TAX or DUTY. The prices given do not include shipping costs, unless the detailed offer of the selected product on the store’s website states otherwise. The customer is obliged to pay all customs duties and taxes related to purchases in his own country.

6. HYDROTRADE undertakes to confirm the order with the Buyer online within 48 hours of receiving the order. This deadline may be extended if it falls on days considered non-working (weekends and holidays). Ordering goods means generating an order number and paying the amount in accordance with the offer.

7. The order processing time ranges from 2 to 4 weeks. The deadline is confirmed at the time of concluding the sales contract, i.e., upon making the payment and posting it to the HYDROTRADE bank account. The seller also provides a link to track the shipment..

8. Each transaction will be confirmed with an invoice in accordance with the legal provisions in force in Poland.

9. The purchased product cannot be handed over/returned in person at the HYDROTRADE headquarters.

10. The condition for placing an order is also the acceptance of the commercial terms and conditions offered by HYDROTRADE at the time of placing the order. A transaction is considered to be the moment the funds are credited to the HYDROTRADE bank account, see point 6 of chapter ā€žCā€.
Placing an order by bank transfer (see payment options on the website) is valid for 5 business days. Any payment after this date for all proforma invoices collected will be treated as an advance payment and must be paid accordingly as part of the current offer if it has already been changed. All these issues must be reported to Hydrotrade in order to make ongoing payment for the goods. Hydrotrade provides for the refund of the advance payment upon mutual agreement. A generated order that is not paid within 5 business days will be canceled.

11. The customer who makes a purchase has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days. In such a case, it is necessary to inform HYDROTRADE about this fact at the e-mail address:

12. With reference to point 11 of chapter 3, the goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of informing HYDROTRADE of withdrawal from the contract. The product must be well packed, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The customer returns the goods at his own expense. The customer receiving the goods is always responsible for additional local customs duties and taxes etc.

13. HYDROTRADE undertakes to deliver the goods free of charge. This is usually done through the services of forwarders such as FedEX or UPS.

14.A customer who makes purchases for purposes related to his business, but not of a professional nature for the buyer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

1. In the store you can pay in the following ways:

A. Bank transfer to HYDROTRADE account: according to the store’s prepayment form.

B. Online payment via the system:

The store offers the opportunity to choose the payment and delivery method in accordance with the information displayed at subsequent stages of placing the order.

E. Warranty and complaints.

1. Any complaints regarding mechanical damage to the shipment occurring during transport will be considered only after preparing a damage report signed by the recipient and the shipment supplier or forwarder. The deadline for considering a complaint is 14 days.

2. Upon receipt, the Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment. If damage to the product is found and the product is damaged, the Buyer is obliged to report this fact to HYDROTRADE and immediately inform about the situation to the e-mail address: and telephone number: +48 32 431 00 42
3. Please be advised that in order to return damaged goods, it is necessary to contact HYDROTRADE in advance.
4. The returned goods cannot bear any traces of use and must be returned intact and in the original packaging. The return must be agreed via e-mail. Goods that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return.
5. In case of any complaints, please contact HYDROTRADE by e-mail. When submitting a complaint, please provide full company details and a detailed description of the irregularities.
6. The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in the following cases: ā€“ products showing traces of use or having damaged original packaging due to the customer’s fault.
7. In the event of a complaint, the condition for the complaint to be considered is to send the product to the HYDROTRADE address with a description of the defect and a copy of the invoice attached.

8. The products are covered by warranty. Every customer has the right to benefit from warranty. See the warranty tab.

9. A customer making purchases for purposes related to his business activity, but not of a professional nature for the buyer, has the right to complain about the products.

F. Final Provisions.

1. In the case of justified complaints or returns that meet the above conditions, we guarantee a refund by transfer to the account indicated by the ordering party.
2. HYDROTRADE reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer. The price change does not apply to orders accepted for processing. HYDROTRADE also reserves the right to withdraw individual products from the offer.
3. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
4. HYDROTRADE reserves the right to change these regulations.

5. All parts offered online as part of filter supplies are equivalent or interchangeable with the manufacturer’s original parts. The names of the original parts are for comparison purposes only.
